Hey, Knox Trail families of 8th-grade students,
Graduation is quickly approaching. I just wanted to pass on a few last-minute reminders to ensure the evening goes smoothly. Students must arrive between 4:30 - 4:45 to line up.
First, if you don't plan to use all your tickets, don't hesitate to contact our Administrative Assistant Natalie Proulx at (508) 885-8550 ext. 3502. She will redistribute tickets to families who have requested more than the allotted number. Redistribution of tickets is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be respectful of this process; we can't give away tickets we don't have.
Second, two parking areas will be available for guests; parking will be in front of the school (DPHS) and on the western side of the school near the tennis courts. If you require handicap parking accommodations, please contact our Main Office, and we'll make those arrangements for you. Once you've parked your vehicle, you must walk up the hill to the football field.
Lastly, we expect a big crowd. We'll probably fill up all of the seats at the football stadium. To address this matter, we plan to move the stands across the field to provide additional seating. Feel free to bring your lawn chairs and blankets if you want to sit on the grass slopes on either side of the stands.
