The United Nations General Assembly designated January 27—the anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz-Birkenau—as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. On this day of commemoration, the UN urges everyone to honor the six million Jewish victims of the Holocaust.

Due to the inclement weather forecasted for tomorrow, there will be an EARLY RELEASE day within the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District on Wednesday, January 25, 2023. This early release means the following dismissal times will be in effect:
- Preschool at 11:00am - NO PM SESSION.
- Knox Trail MS at 11:05AM
- David Prouty HS at 11:05AM
- East Brookfield Elementary at 11:45AM &
- Wire Village School at 11:45AM.
Lunches will be provided in a "Grab & Go" manner.
All after-school programming is canceled inclduing AlphaBEST. Stay safe and thank you for your support of the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District.
