Dear Parents/Guardians,
The Covid-19 Antigen home tests will be going home in your child's backpack today if you have opted in to the program.
We are planning on sending these tests kits home every other Thursday, so please keep an eye out for them. Please see below for further clarification on how to administer the test for staff and students who have opted to participate in this program.
Testing should be done each week, on Sunday.
Negative results DO NOT need to be reported.
Positive results MUST be reported to the school nurse and also by completing the online Positive Test Result Notification Form.
Our district reports these positive case numbers to DESE, not the DPH.

Families can opt-in to receive tests at any time. Distribution of kits will not take place until the next shipment cycle. To opt-in, click here.
