SPENCER, MA - June 6, 2023 - The "Girls on the Run" Spring 2023 Celebration builds Confidence through Accomplishment... And our Wire Village School and Knox Trail Middle School girls are taking part in this exciting event this coming Saturday, June 10th, 2023. The event begins at:
8:00 a.m. - Girls on the Run Festivities (Happy Hair, Bling Your Bib, and MORE!)
9:30 a.m. - Girls on the Run 5K Start

So, come on out to Join Girls on the Run (GOTR) Worcester County for our incredible end-of-season 5K celebration! On June 10th at Polar Park, we'll gather as a community to celebrate the courage inside of every GOTR girl. On this day, teams unite to recognize how far our participants have come and how far they will continue to go. The 5K celebration is a day where every person – girls, coaches, caregivers, families, community members – are free to be themselves, experience joy and cross the finish line.
Each season comes to an end with a celebratory 5K. This closing event gives program participants of all abilities a tangible sense of accomplishment. Crossing the finish line instills confidence through completion and is a joyful moment program participants always remember! Everyone in our program receives a commemorative medal to celebrate this incredible achievement.
