The Athletic Department for the Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District is a program designed to enhance the overall student experience.  Participation in athletics for David Prouty High School and Knox Trail Middle School provides students the opportunity to support the MIAA core values of community service, leadership, sportsmanship and wellness. As members of the department, students are offered the ability to engage in physical fitness,  learn new athletic skills, develop self-discipline, increase self-esteem, and demonstrate loyalty, cooperation, and self-motivation.  Students also develop life long friendships that are promoted through participation in athletics. The Spencer-East Brookfield Regional School District’s athletic program is a voluntary, extra-curricular activity.
